High-security networks where it matters most
L2Networks has extensive experience with large-scale security networks: hundreds or thousands of cameras, substantial amounts of access-management and communication equipment, and the data streams that come with them. We build bespoke networks that meet IEC 62443, the industry standard for cybersecurity of industrial and security systems.
802.1X network access control
Verified identity, verified access
802.1X makes securing and managing connections inside a network both extremely safe and straightforward. Implemented with our own configuration and management tooling, network access control stays workable for organisations without a networking team of their own.
Office networks
Stability, speed and security for tomorrow's office
Today's office is dynamic and hard to predict. With occupancy changing from day to day, a network has to scale. Our office networks make flexible, scalable and secure working possible, including access for people working from home. As attendance falls, the data flowing to and from the office only grows; we carry those flows and keep them visible and secure.
Secure remote access
Control and security for access from outside
The safest network is still an air-gapped one, but that is not always practical. To replace the many unsafe ways remote access is arranged, we developed our own software and procedures. An engineer is given access to the single device being worked on and nothing else - enforced technically rather than agreed on paper.
Fibre networks
Design, construction, operation and maintenance
We have broad experience with small and mid-sized fibre networks for providers, built across industrial estates including Groot-Ammers, Vlietskade and Meerkerk. For the GiessenlandenNet project we delivered 2,600 connections in an area of 6,600 addresses in the former municipality of Giessenlanden, now Molenlanden. We handle design, construction, operation and maintenance of layer 2 fibre networks for internet and IPTV.
Port firewall and segmentation
Individual protection for every device
Why should a printer be able to talk to the access control system? Our networks apply a firewall at port and device level. A camera can then reach only the camera server, and a card reader only the access system. That isolates a possible breach and limits an attacker's lateral movement.
WiFi at scale
Wireless networks with unusual requirements
Our wireless networks are used in offices and in security networks alike. We specialise in networks with unusual requirements: RADIUS or 802.1X integration, large numbers of simultaneous users as at Kinderdijk World Heritage Foundation, and temporary networks for events.
