Privacy: what we do with your data

This website collects as little as possible. There are no advertising networks, no visitor analytics and no social media buttons. Every page loads files from our own server only; not a single request goes to another party.

The contact form

If you fill in the contact form, we send what you entered by e-mail to info@l2networks.nl: your name, your company, your e-mail address, your phone number and your message. It does not end up in a database or a CRM. It sits in our mailbox like any other e-mail, and we keep it for as long as it takes to answer your question and hold the conversation that follows from it.

To keep the form from being abused by automated submissions, the server keeps your IP address for a short while and your browser solves a small puzzle. That puzzle runs on our own server; nothing is sent to an outside service and nothing about your device is collected or stored.

Cookies

This site uses two cookies, both of them necessary for it to work:

• laravel_session - keeps your visit together while you fill in the contact form. Expires at most two hours after your last action.
• XSRF-TOKEN - makes sure a form can only be submitted from this site and not from another one. Same lifetime.

There are no cookies that track your behaviour, and we share nothing with third parties. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.

Server logs

Like any web server, ours records which pages were requested, when, and from which IP address. That is needed to find faults and to recognise abuse. We use those records for nothing else.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Send a message to info@l2networks.nl. If we cannot resolve it together, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
